When I found out that tapes start to get brittle and I couldn't play them, I was shocked! My entire family was sad that we had lost those memories forever! Back in 2002 my dad bought the equipment so we could start with our oldest tapes first. Over the last several years, I have been slowly recording our tapes on to DVD. In 2006 when I finished them I said to myself "Now what? I have all the equipment so why not start a business? I would help other families to not lose their memories forever like us." So that is how I got started.
